1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of gameofbots.com and the services on it (together, the Service), which is run by Joy Ohimebanks Limited ('we', 'us', 'Game of Bots'). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter into contracts and to trade where you live.
2. What the Service offers
The Service includes Oracle, an automated AI assistant that discusses markets and helps with sign-up; charts, calendars, news and market panels; calculators; a private trading journal; and a managed trading service in which our trading bots trade a MetaTrader 5 account that you own.
More features, such as building bots and a bot marketplace, may be added later and may have their own terms.
3. No advice, and we are not a broker
Everything on the Service is general information and education. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account. Decisions to trade are yours alone.
We are not a broker or a bank. We do not hold your trading money. Your funds stay in your own account with your own broker.

4. Oracle and automated content
Oracle is an artificial intelligence system. It can make mistakes, miss important facts and give out-of-date information. It does not see live prices. When it comments on a market it works from numbers you give it or from general knowledge, so always check prices and details on your own trading platform before acting.
Oracle's analysis is a discussion of possibilities. It is not a prediction or a promise of any result.
5. Your account
You log in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed your account.
We may refuse, suspend or close accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or a breach of these terms.
6. Managed trading
Managed trading is a separate service with its own terms, which are shown to you and which you must accept before you can pay. We record the version you accepted and the time. If those terms and these terms differ, the managed trading terms apply to that service.
In summary: we trade your account only. We cannot withdraw or move your money. You make withdrawals yourself through your broker's portal, which has its own password that you must never share with us. There is a one-year connection fee, charged before you submit your account details, which is not refundable. Profits are shared 50/50 as described in the managed trading terms.

7. Fees and payments
Fees are shown in US dollars. At payment they are converted to Nigerian naira at the exchange rate shown to you, and processed by Paystack on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details.
Unless the law requires otherwise, fees are not refundable once paid. [REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS: your lawyer to confirm.]
8. Third-party content
Charts, news, calendars and market data on the Service are provided by third parties, including TradingView. We do not control them. They may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and they are for information only. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law through the Service; try to gain access to other people's accounts or to our systems; probe, scan, overload or disrupt the Service; copy or scrape it in bulk; use bots or automated tools against it without our written permission; upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material; or use Oracle to get help with fraud, market manipulation or other illegal activity.
10. Your content
You keep the rights to what you enter, including chat messages, chart images and journal entries. You give us permission to store and process them to run the Service, including sending messages and images to our AI provider so that Oracle can reply. The Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.
11. Our property
The Service, the Game of Bots name and logo, and our software and bots belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as these terms allow. TradingView and other third-party names belong to their owners.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Outages at our providers, your broker, your VPS or your internet connection can affect trading, and we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
13. No warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty about accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or results.
14. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access for a breach of these terms or where the law requires it. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue afterwards, such as fees owed, liability limits and governing law, will continue.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it. For significant changes we will try to tell you in advance.
