1. Read this first
Trading currencies, gold, oil, crypto and other markets carries a high risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your money, and with leveraged products you can lose more than you put in, depending on your broker. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
2. Nothing is guaranteed
No result, profit or return is guaranteed by Game of Bots, Oracle, our bots or anyone acting for us. Past results, examples, charts and backtests do not predict future results.
3. Leverage and volatility
Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Prices can move fast, gap past your stop loss, or move against you in minutes, especially around news releases.
4. Oracle and the tools
Oracle is an AI. It can be wrong, and it does not see live prices. It works from figures you give it. Calculators give estimates that ignore spreads, commissions, swaps and differences between brokers. Chart and market data come from third parties and may be delayed or wrong. Always check prices and contract details with your broker before you place a trade.
5. Managed trading
Our trading bots follow rules automatically, and they can lose some or all of the capital in your account. They may behave unexpectedly in unusual markets.
Costs and failures can reduce results or cause losses, including spreads, slippage, price gaps, and outages or errors at your broker, your VPS or your internet connection. Trading also depends on your broker allowing automated trading on your account.
The connection fee is not refundable, even if your account makes a loss. Profit sharing applies to profits only, and all losses are yours.

6. Profit sharing and withdrawals
We trade your account only and cannot withdraw your money. You make withdrawals yourself in your broker's portal, using a portal password that is different from your trading password and that you must never share with us. You are responsible for paying our share of profits as set out in the managed trading terms.
7. We are not a broker
Game of Bots does not hold your money. Your funds are with your own broker, and your protection depends on that broker's regulation and finances. Choose a broker carefully.
8. Taxes
Profits may be taxable where you live. You are responsible for your own tax reporting. Get independent tax advice if you need it.
9. Your own judgment
Take independent professional advice if you are unsure whether trading, or our service, is right for you. Laws on trading and on managed accounts differ by country, and it is your responsibility to make sure you are allowed to use the Service where you live.
