1. Who we are
Joy Ohimebanks Limited ('we', 'us') runs gameofbots.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices. You can contact us at gameofbotsng@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Account: your email address, the date you joined, and your role on the site. We keep the one-time login codes we send you only in scrambled form, and they expire after 10 minutes.
Managed trading: your first and last name, the capital you plan to use, the terms you accepted and when, your MetaTrader 5 account number, broker server name and trading password, and payment records (reference, amounts, status and the exchange rate used). Your card details go straight to Paystack and never reach us.
Conversations: the messages you send Oracle and its replies are stored so Oracle can remember the conversation. If you attach a chart image, it is sent to our AI provider to produce a reply. We keep only a note that an image was attached, not the image itself.
Journal: the trades you log in your trading journal, which only you can see.
Usage analytics, only if you accept the analytics choice: a random visitor ID, device type, browser, operating system, approximate country (worked out by our hosting provider from your connection), the website you came from, and which tabs and tools you use and when. We do not store your IP address ourselves, and we do not record what you type to Oracle as analytics.
Technical: our hosting provider and other services may process technical data such as IP addresses in their own logs to run and secure the Service.
3. How we use it
To log you in and run your account; to answer you through Oracle; to provide managed trading, including setting up and running the trading bot on your account; to take payments and keep financial records; to keep the Service secure and prevent fraud; to improve the Service (analytics, only with your consent); and to meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service; your consent for analytics and any optional cookies; and legal obligations. 5. Who we share it with
We use these providers to run the Service, and they handle data on our behalf: Neon (database, hosted in London), Vercel (website hosting), OpenAI (processes your Oracle messages and chart images to produce replies), Resend (sends login emails) and Paystack (payments).
TradingView provides the charts, calendar, news and market panels. Their content loads from their servers, and they may set their own cookies and collect their own data under their own policy.
For managed trading, the details needed to connect your account are used by us to set up the bot and your VPS. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
6. Your trading credentials
Your MetaTrader 5 trading password is encrypted before it is stored. Authorised staff can view it only to set up your VPS and bot, and each time it is viewed a record is kept of who looked and when.
We never ask for your broker portal password. That password lets you withdraw money, so never share it with anyone, including us. If you think your credentials have been exposed, change your passwords with your broker and contact us at once.
7. Cookies and similar storage
Essential, always on: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and a chat cookie that keeps your conversation with Oracle together. Both last up to 30 days.
Optional, only if you accept: an analytics cookie with a random visitor ID, which lasts up to a year. If you decline, or later withdraw consent through 'Cookie settings' in the footer, we stop analytics and delete the data tied to that ID.
We also save small settings in your browser, such as your cookie choice and whether you have an account on that device. Third-party widgets such as TradingView may set their own cookies.
8. International transfers
Our database is in London, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. [INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS: your lawyer to confirm the safeguards and notices required.]
9. How long we keep it

10. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email gameofbotsng@gmail.com. 11. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, encryption of stored trading passwords, and logging of administrator access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. For significant changes we will try to tell you in advance.
